Padgett Pilates has been so beneficial. I look forward to my Saturday morning full mat class because my whole body feels better. Kimberly is very knowledgeable about helping to explain and model each movement, along with monitoring how I need to make any adjustments in what I’m doing during class. Even online, it almost feels like we’re together in person.

Kimberly is truly the best pilates teacher I’ve had (not to mention the most caring instructor). I’m 64 years old and have been taking Kimberly’s class for about a year every Wednesday and have really noticed just how much stronger and balanced I feel since taking up her class (specifically my back pain has diminished because I’ve developed a stronger core). Of course, when the pandemic hit and classes needed to be taught virtually, it was a change, but Kimberly swiftly transitioned her classes onto Zoom. Even online, it almost feels like we’re together in person. Kimberly walks us through and explains every move she’s doing and watches us intently to make sure we’re doing everything correctly so we don’t injure ourselves. She also shows us variations of exercises depending on each person’s abilities, so classes feel tailored to you and your comfort level. During uncertain and scary times that we’re in right now, it’s really nice to have an outlet to release any stress and anxiety, while also building strength and making friends along the way. I highly recommend Kimberly’s class to anyone!

Her directions were easy to follow

I really enjoyed Kimberly’s Pilates class. Since I’m a beginner, we did basic stretch moves for the arms, shoulders, chest, stomach, back and thighs. Her directions were easy to follow and she gave me corrections on my form as I needed them. I will be looking forward to taking more classes. Thanks you Kimberly!
